To create a more interactive attendee experience, drive increased RealEXPO traffic and maintain a strong attendee-to-sponsor ratio at RealWorld, the following have been implemented:

• Product and service providers must be approved in advance to sponsor RealWorld and only sponsoring companies are able to attend RealWorld.
• RealEXPO will be the hub of all RealWorld activities.
• Sixteen hours of exhibit time.
• Sponsors will have a designated registration allotments and only allotted sponsor registrations will be permitted to attend the conference.
• Projected attendance is 1,200+ from the rental housing industry, representing these job roles: Accounting/Finance Professionals, Affordable Housing Operators, Asset/Investment Managers, C-Level Executive Leadership (President, Owner, Managing Directors, EVP, etc.), Compliance/Risk Management, Energy/Sustainability Executives, Institutional Owners, IT Professionals, Marketing/Leasing Managers, Property Managers, Property Operations, Revenue Managers, Senior Technology Strategists, Software Training/Education

Who Can Sponsor?

Attendance at RealWorld is limited to owners, investors and operators of multifamily communities as well as our invited sponsors or invited members of the press. RealWorld is not open to the general public or to non-sponsoring firms.

RealPage limits sponsorship opportunities to invited AppPartners and approved Channel/RealPartners whose products are non-competing. For this reason, AppPartners and Channel/RealPartners offering a solution comparable to an existing RealPage product, are unable to sponsor nor attend and only approved AppPartners and Channel/RealPartners who sponsor RealWorld are permitted to attend the conference. Other firms, including Certified Consultants and other Vendors, without any current contractual relationships or who do not sponsor RealWorld, will not be able to register or attend RealWorld. AppPartners and Channel/RealPartners refer to a third-party company who have existing contractual relationships with RealPage for data exchange services, RealPage product or consulting services.
